All of our products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. During peak times (e.g. holidays or sales), processing times may be extended slightly.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $100 CAD (before taxes and discounts).

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Windsor Essex-County, Ontario. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll contact you when your order is ready with pickup instructions.

Shipping Carriers

We typically ship via Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
